All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Please allow up to three business days for order processing and dispatch after payment is received. 

Delivery times follow Australia Post delivery times. Australia Post will usually deliver your item within 1 to 10 business days for standard delivery. During peak postal times, your order may experience delays.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately and provide us with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours, and we will refund or replace the item.
